Typical Grüner Veltliner: crisp, dry, hints of juicy citrus and green apple with a pinch of white pepper finish. Waltner wines are characterized by their chalky scents derived from the soils of the vineyard; in addition to its citrus fruit and white pepper notes, creating this delicious mountain stream fresh aperitif.

Alvarinho QM, Quintas de Melgaҁo (Minho, Portugal) € 33,50        
This farm is located in Viño Verde on the Portuguese side of the border river, the Sil. With tastes of Atlantic sea air with a drop of lime and white peach. Delicious!

Cuvée XII, Apostelhoeve (Limburg, Nederland) € 37,50 
The Hulst family has been a pioneer in Dutch viniculture for decades and continue getting better every year! This delicious blend is made from Müller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Auxerrois.

Sancerre Blanc Côte des Embouffants, Roger Neveu (Frankrijk, Loire) € 39,50
Elegant, classic Sancerre with fresh herbs and stony minerals. This vineyard is located on the flint-rich soils, south of Verdigny and although young, these sauvignon blancs are best enjoyed slowly.

Monterey County Chardonnay, Bernardus (Californië, VS) € 53,00
Bernardus is Ben Pon, descendant of the Dutch family who grew up with Volkswagen. He built his winery in Carmel, and although Pon also keeps up with the times and makes cooler wines, the wines continue to be generously proportioned and timbered.

Condrieu Chéry, Rémi Niero (Frankrijk, Rhône) € 75,00
Condrieu of one of the best vineyards in the appellation with vines more than 70 years old. This wine boasts a full bodied, ripe, aromatic and balanced minerality with a long aftertaste.

Classic Rioja which has aged 12 years in American oak barrels. This results in a soft touch of vanilla and cedarwood in addition to fresh cherry fruit.

Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Domaines des Chanssaud (Frankrijk, Rhône) € 34,50
A wine that can be enjoyed on any occasion. Smooth tannins guarantee an easy landing even without food. The combination of forest fruits and spicy garrigue makes this an exemplary accompaniment to food too.

Ribera del Duero Roble, Figuero € 35,00 
The wines of Figuero perform above average and deliver creamy dark fruit with accents of espresso and mocha, full and fresh.

Malbec la Posta, Paulucci (Mendoza, Argentinië) € 36,00
Black cherries and black currants characterize the fruit palette of this wine, which also has a laurel and charcoal finish that is characteristic of the grape that stirs up the appetite for grilled meat.

With wine cellars on the Unesco World Heritage Site, this is rightfully a classic Italian company. Fruity and modern-made Barbera, pure and slender red cherry fruit, soft acids and civilized tannins.

This Chianti tastes similar to a classic Bordeaux. With a light earthy tone, slight structure, fine-meshed tannins and subtle black cherry fruit aromas.

This beautifully characterized “petit Bordeaux” is now perfect for drinking, offering typical cabernet flavors and aromas such as graphite and black currants and is built with a full body of voluptuously ripe merlot fruit. Fleurie Clos de la Roilette, Domaine Coudert (Beaujolais, Frankrijk) € 42,50
A traditional Gamay of the granite soils in the north of the Beaujolais is like a timeless monument, as if there had never been a Georges Duboeuf. La Roilette is the best part of the Fleurie, adjacent to the Moulin à Vent which brings extra structure.

Priorat Coma d’en Romeu, Celler Ardèvol € 44,00
Smoky, black currant, lavender and gritty on the nose. Powerful on the palate with a woody influence similar to Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Samsó.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Ladoix, Domaine Prin (Bourgogne, Frankrijk) €55,00
Pinot noir in slight, Chambolle style. Red fruit with a light earthy tone and a pure and juicy aftertaste. Fine and subtle with lush maturity.

Adelaide Hills Shiraz, Shaw + Smith €56,50
This wine shows the great potential of Syrah in its own unique way. With part the power of why Australians are known and certainly the layered refinement where the Northern Rhône owes its reputation. The hand-picked grapes for this wine were harvested in the coolest part of Australia, the higher hinterland of Adelaide, and then matured for 14 months on 1/3 part new oak to top the elegant side of the Australian spectrum.

When you order Pomerol, you expect lush merlot with a velvety character and a subtle touch of cigar boxes. This is the perfect description of this wonderful creation by Peter Kwok.  

Barolo del Comune di la Morra Giuliano Corino (Piemonte, Italië) € 64,00
The Barolo la Morra by Corino has silky tannins, sultry floral aromas and exciting red raspberry fruit. The wine does not see any new wood and is fermented in rotofermentors to round off the tannins.

Brunello di Montalcino la Casa, Caparzo (Italië, Toscane) € 67,50
La Casa is the most prestigious vineyard of Elisabetta Gnudi, located next to the winery. The wines show good development, a hint of tobacco, leather and grassy but still has an impressive backbone and a youthful flair of energy.

Rosé wines

Côteaux Varois en Provence Rosé l’Oratoire, Domaine Saint Andrieu  € 33,50
Pale pink rosé from Provence with nice roundness by adding a handful of vermentino grapes. Characteristic and mundane at the same time as in addition to lavender also white flowers in the nose and fresh berries and garrigue in the grenache-dominated taste.

Dessert wines

Côteaux du Layon, Domaine des Bleuces (Loire, Frankrijk) € 34,50
A fantastic Botrytis level and super fine acidity give this wine the quality of an expensive Sauternes. An energetic wine!

Banyuls, Domaine de la Rectorie (0,5 liter) € 43,50
Red dessert wine combines the complexity of port with a lower alcohol content and drier style so it accompanies cheese as well as chocolate beautifully.


Prosecco Andreola (Italië, Farra di Soligo)      € 29,50
Festive and generous sparkling wine from vineyards with a calcareous soil and southern exposition. Made according to the charmat method, with a delicious taste of grapes, smooth and fresh.

Cava Brut Reserva ECO, Penèdes € 32,50
Cava with a very long maturation sur lie (30 months). Through this, the wine gets a very fine mousse and a delicious toast with brioche taste. The wine is entirely oragnic and a bit drier than Prosecco.

Champagne Brut Grand Cru Blanc des Blancs, Varnier Fanniere (Frankrijk, Champagne)     € 69,50
One of the best, as Grand Cru classified vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, this Champagne comes exclusively from Chardonnay. Fragrant white flowers and chalky minerality characterize this creamy and elegant wine.

Champagne Taittinger € 72,50
This champagne has a beautiful golden color. The bubbles are fine, the scent is open, expressive and bring aromas of fruit and brioche and is reminiscent of peach, white flowers (hawthorn and acacia) and vanilla. The palette is lively and harmonious. All in all, the Taittinger is a very refined champagne that fully lives up to its reputation.

Champagne Bollinger € 77,50
The most classic and best of all Grandes Marques. Matured and fermented in small oak barrels, it rests for 3 years sur lattes and is composed of more than half pinot noir, supplemented with equal parts pinot meunier and chardonnay. Of course, also the favorite drink from James Bond and the British royal family.
