The bubbles are fine, the scent is open, expressive and bring aromas of fruit and brioche and is reminiscent of peach, white flowers (hawthorn and acacia) and vanilla. The palette is lively and harmonious. All in all, the Taittinger is a very refined champagne that fully lives up to its reputation.
