A traditional family business, operating from the hills of Colli Berici in Vicenza. Rich style of Pinot Grigio, lovely scented to blossoms and yellow apples. Fine texture with a pleasant dry aftertaste.

Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Cristal, Paul Buisse (Frankrijk, Loire)     €30,00
This fresh and dry, slightly spicy Sauvignon Blanc comes from the best calcareous clay soils of the domain. The hint of minerality is even reminiscent of the wines of Sancerre, the always pricier neighbor.

Grüner Veltliner Steinberz, Weingut Waltner (Oostenrijk, Wagram)     € 32,50
Typical Grüner Veltliner; tight, dry, juicy citrus and green apple, flint and in the finish a pinch of white pepper.

Sancerre Blanc Côte des Embouffants, Roger Neveu (Frankrijk, Loire)     € 37,50
Sustainable Sancerre from one of the best vineyards (Côte des Embouffants). Aromatic, with ripe fruit and white flowers. Elegant fresh and mineral with a delicious after taste.

Pouilly Fuissé Vieilles Vignes, Vessigaud (Frankrijk, Bourgogne)     €39,50
Modern style, white bourgogne from the most southern part of this area. So freshness and minerality framed by honey tones and smokiness of wood.

Condrieu Chéry, Rémi et Robert Niero (Frankrijk, Rhône)    € 62,50
Condrieu of one of the best vineyard in the appellation, the vines are more than 70 years old. Fullbodied, ripe, aromatic, beautiful minerality and a very long aftertaste.

Red Wines

Somontano Tinto Roble, Bodegas Estada (Spanje, Somontano)    € 28,50
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon which is aged in French oak barrels for three months. A softer wine is created with a slight tone of cigar boxes. But mostly fresh, juicy and with crunchy forest fruit.

Sangiovese Rosso, Caparzo (Italië, Toscana)     € 29,50
This Tuscan wine combines strawberries and blackberries with the mocha side of the Sangiovese grape. Supple tannins, seductiveness and good drinkability gives you delusions of the sultry summer sun in Italy.

Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Gustales (Spanje, Rioja)    € 32,00
Classic Rioja which has aged 12 years in American oak barrels. This results in a soft touch of vanilla and cedarwood in addition tot the fresh cherry fruit.

Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Domaines des Chanssaud (Frankrijk, Rhône)    € 34,50
A wine that can be drunk on any occasion. Smooth tannins guarantee an easy landing even without food, and the combination of forest fruits and spicy garrigue makes this exemplary foodwine too.

Barbera d’Asti l’Avvocata, Coppo (Italië, Piëmonte)    € 37,50
With wine cellars on the Unesco World Heritage Site, this is rightfully a classic Italian company. Fruity and modern-made Barbera, pure and slender red cherry fruit, soft acids and civilized tannins.

Brunello di Montalcino la Casa, Caparzo (Italië, Toscane)     € 67,50
La Casa is the most prestigious vineyard of Elisabetta Gnudi, located next tot the winery. The wines shows a good development, a hint of tabacco, leather and turf, but still has an impressive backbone and a youthful flair testifyin of energy.


Sparkling

Prosecco Andreola (Italië, Farra di Soligo)      € 29,50
Festive and generous sparkling wine from vineyards with a calcareous soil and southern exposition. Made according to the charmat method, with a delicious taste of grapes, smooth and fresh.

Cava Brut, Caves Bolet (Spanje, Penèdes)    € 32,50
Cava with a very long maturation sur lie (30 months). Through this, the wine gets a very fine mousse and a delicious toast with brioche taste. The wine is entirely oragnic and a bit drier than Prosecco.

Champagne Brut Grand Cru Blanc des Blancs, Varnier Fanniere (Frankrijk, Champagne)     € 69,50
One of the best, as Grand Cru classified vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, this Champagne comes exclusively from Chardonnay. Fragrant white flowers and chalky minerality characterize this creamy and elegant wine.
