The tugboat Hildebrand (built in 1890) is the larger sister of the Jacob van Lennep. These were originally passenger ships that were towed by a horse from the shore. They remain just as environmentally friendly today, as the beautiful tugboats are fully electric, making them clean and whisper-quiet. Both sides of the spacious boat, as well as the roof, can be opened, making it perfect for a summer cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. In winter, the heating can be turned on, making the onboard experience cozy and comfortable.
